DIPAK Zinzuwadia, P.Eng; PMP,  Sales Representative was born and raised in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India, where he studied at CEPT University in Postgraduate. Structural Design. He worked for Municipal corporation, Nigam(Provicial Govt) and Private builder. As a civil engineering consultant, he has also worked with co-operative Bank, Depart of custom and several private investors. He also licensed as Indian Income tax Department appproved valuer for immavable properties.

 After emigrating to Canada, Dipak worked as a Professional engineer for the S.S & Associates for over 16 years for business proposal followed by design, detail & inspect several Highrise condos and Town houses. He also studied and completed PMP from PMI.org, USA, He became Excutive club member of Re/max.

In addition to his active real estate career,  Dipak spends his time giving back to the community as a volunteer for Jalaram Seva Trust and 3 temple construction the past 12 years.  He is married and have three children, All are in university.

Dipak’s strengths are total commitment to his clients, meticulous attention to detail and very strong negotiation skills.    

Dipak also known by his clients as a skilled negotiator who always puts their needs before all else. He prides himself on his knowledge of and ability to educate his clients about the local real estate market, helping his clients realize the best possible price for their home in the least amount of time.

JAY Zinzuwadia,,  Sales Representative was raised in Northyork and Markham, where he joined University o f Toronto in International Business manangement. He Completed Real estate course in Huber college & also joined Bachelor of Energy management from Yorkville University, BC, He is energetic & passinate. To add his professionl skill at next level, he also joined renouned real estate coach "Tom Ferry". He atteneded various seminar. He love chess, swimming, Skiing, read books , listening educational and career oriented podcast.
